    • What's your pups name? Beau & Cece
    • What's your pups breed? Lab-Shepherd (70lbs) Blue Heeler/Border Collie (30 lbs)
    • What size did you purchase for your pup Beau - Large (extra large was surprisingly too big, the end piece flapped annoyingly); Cece wears a medium perfectly

    Amazing product and even better customer service

    The product is beautiful, I've had them for 6 months now and it looks just as gorgeous as the day i got it. I originally ordered two, the dark pink Cece and the Hunter green for Beau. I asked if I could exchange for a smaller size and was blown away by the service I received. She was copletely agreeable and gave me the uptown address to mail or drop it off to, plus offered to meet me downtown if that was more convenient (to save me the cost of posting it. I offered to drive uptown to her, to make it simple and was glad i did - she was extremely Lovely, so nice to my dogs, and even gifted Cece a white collar that someone else had exchanged (that she wouldn't resell because it wasn't perfect, but it was was more than good enough for us, just a teeny tiny little mark on it, not surprisingly since it was white). We chatted and told me a tiny bit about how she started the company, and just had a Lovely exchange. I couldn't be happier with the experience and am now recommending them to everyone because my positive experience was paramount, and of course the product is wonderful.
