NEVER RECEIVED

NEVER RECEIVED, and NO REFUND. I have written MANY emails to Wag and Swag, with NO ANSWER. I had to contact my credit card company to cancel the payment. I am really, really disappointed. I really wanted this leash and harness.

NEVER RECEIVED AND THEY IGNORE ME

I never received a leash + harness that I ordered after this one. I sent an email more than two weeks ago with no answer and I also sent an online message via their website. I did check my junkmail, nothing. They donā€™t have a phone number so I cannot call them. I dont know what to do. I communicated with them before via email and they did great, but they have been ignoring me for a month. I will need to file a complaint with my credit car company. I am so disappointed, because I really wanted the leash and harness.

Love the quality and colour combo

The leash is very beautiful and seems sturdy. I have not yet used it as I purchased it for future use, hopefully will live up to the expectations.
