Company is a Scam

I don’t have any product. I have gotten one response over the last two months, all other emails and requests for updates have been ignored by Heather. After no responses, I was randomly sent a UPS tracking number. The UPS tracking number still is saying label created but the item hasn’t even shipped. It’s been weeks of it saying the same thing. This is a joke. Would highly recommend saving your money, the company is scamming people unfortunately and you won’t get responses. No other way to contact them other than the email on their website, so good luck.
